Return Policy for web purchases only

Orders may not be canceled through the web site once completed. Please call us immediately for help. Once your order has processed, we cannot cancel. Restocking fees may apply to returns or canceled orders.

All returns are subject to store approval. Please contact us immediately with any concerns or questions.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with original receipt, except bedding which has a 48 hour return period.

All items must be in their original condition.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of used, opened, worn, damaged, chewed or dirty items.

We do not accept returns of toys that have been used, chewed, torn, ripped or have broken parts due to use.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges of clearance items, holiday items or special orders.

Food Guarantee:

Food items (excluding treats & chews) are guaranteed and may be returned within 14 days of purchase date accompanied by a receipt, all original packaging and barcode. You must return at least 75% of the product in order to qualify for the guarantee. All food returns will be for store credit.

We fully inspect each item to ensure that it is in the best possible condition before we make it available for purchase.

There is no such thing as an indestructible toy or bed! Dogs and cats of any size are capable of destroying anything. We are here to help you in the selection of the right items for your pet, and are happy to suggest items that are more durable. If you feel the destroyed item was defective, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly. Some of the toys we carry have a 1 time replacement from the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly for the replacement. The packaging will state the replacement/guarantee policy so please keep a copy of your receipt and the packaging.

You should never leave a collar, harness, or leash on your unattended pet as they can easily be chewed and/or damaged. We have many styles to choose from, and some are more durable than others. Embroidered collars and leashes will fray with normal wear or if scratched and/or rubbed. We sell collars with plastic clips, metal buckles, and martingale closures. Metal buckles and martingales are more durable than plastic clips. However, according to many manufacturers, any collar or leash may snap or break with improper use or if used on a tie-out. If you have a large and/or stronger pet, we recommend using a harness for walking purposes. Scratching, rubbing, chewing, and/or saltwater can damage items and they may not be returned with such wear and/or damage.
